Growth is part of an ongoing body of work on body in fertility cults and religions. A series of six works on paper made with oil paint and linseed oil, the work traces the gradual process of an entity's growth inside a body in six instances. The installation is activated by light which lends the works both a living, glowing corporeality and a mystical aura.
